Assistant Professor at the Poznan University of Economics and Business, employed at the Department of International Competitiveness, Head of the Erasmus Mundus Program Transition, Innovation and sustainability environments (TISE) at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

Lecturer in the areas of:

  • Project management,
  • International economics,
  • Economic policy,
  • EU economy.

Certified project manager in PRINCE2 methodology. Participant of many research projects on local entrepreneurship, local and regional development, and economic policy, also deeply involved in economic practice. Former expert of the Program Project Department of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (2015). Scholarship holder of the governmental program TOP 500 Innovators and graduate of the Program at the Berkeley Hass School of Business. Coordinator of many international projects from the Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus + programs. Consultant and sectoral advisor to the Association of Polish Cities.  In 2010-2012, lecturer and researcher at the Universities of Lethbridge (Canada) and Pula (Croatia).
